Ingredients:
- 1 cup Carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 whole Banana
- 1/3 cup Prunes, Pitted
- ¼ cup Walnuts
- ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Water (or almond milk / any kind of milk that you drink)
Method of Preparation:
1. In a blender add in all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
