The Tangy and sweet sensation of the strawberry and banana combination is just a delight! The Carrots also add this certain depth to the flavor! An amazing smoothie for a hot day!
Yields: Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Carrots, sliced and peeled
- 1 Banana *frozen
- 1 ¼ cups Strawberries *frozen
- 1 cup Water
Method of Preparation:
1. In a pan with the 1 cup of water, throw in the carrots and cook until they are soft. Add more until the carrots are cooked. Then take the carrots out and cool the water. *DO NOT THROW THE WATER*
2. In a blender throw in the carrots, strawberries, banana and blend. With the reserved carrot water. Add as much water until your desired consistency. Serve!
