- 100 g (2 cups) fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 500 g (5 cups) grated fresh coconut
- 4 green finger-length chillies, sliced into lengths
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 125 ml (½ cup) water
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Serve with thosai, idli or any savoury snacks.
