Madras Café movie review

Surrounding with a lot of controversies, film Madras café made speculated opening. The film did not disappoint the audience who came to watch this political thriller. Director Shoojit Sarkar has done brilliant work. Madras Café starring John Abraham (Vikram Singh, Raw agent), Nargis fakhri (foreign war correspondent from Britain), Rashi Khanna (Vikram's wife) has emotions, thriller, and action with a political touch.

If you don't wish to watch out nonsense cinematography, then Madras Café can be your perfect choice. Every scene from beginning to end has been shot perfectly by Kamaljeet Negi. He took very good care of the movie's serious tone. You may find visuals a bit similar with Hollywood drama ‘Blood Diamond.' If you don't like melodrama, then this movie is made for you.

Narration could have been better than this and self explanatory screenplay has made Madras Café slightly longer. Editing could have been done more precisely. But, all over, Madras Café has different concept than other romantic melodrama movies. With all nonstop sensible dialogues, Madras Café is a delightful film that got successful in impressing the audiences.

We will rate this movie with 3 and half stars.
