Deepak Kumar Paswaan has the nickname “Octoboy” after he was born with his own undeveloped twin growing out of his chest. The twin stopped developing in the womb before fully separating from Paswaan before he was born. For the next 8 years the boy lived with his brother undeveloped brother growing out of him. While some people thought it was a very unusual condition others thought the boy was holy, and could of been a reincarnation of an Indian god. An operation to remove a mans 63KG testicle was a success however left the man feeling unhappy as he now says he has a tiny penis. Wesley warren had a swollen testicle that just kept growing, he eventually had to wear a hoody the wrong way so he could rest his sac in the hood. The man was suffering in pain as he carried it around all day. At 63KG it weighed almost as much as a baby hippo!
