Creamy Carrot Smoothie

 This amazing beverage is a thick sweet smoothie with a hint of savory with the combination of nutmeg and cinnamon. Bananas and Prunes are a good combination because of the health benefits! This recipe is a sweet deal for a person who wants something indulgent from a long and tiring day.

Yields: Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Carrots, peeled and diced 
  • 1 whole Banana 
  • 1/3 cup Prunes, Pitted 
  • ¼ cup Walnuts 
  • ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 
  • 2 cups Water (or almond milk / any kind of milk that you drink) 

Method of Preparation:

1. In a blender add in all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. 
2. Pour in a cup and serve immediately
